Meet Dr. Hoffman
Dr. Hoffman grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University. Between Oklahoma State and dental school he worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Steven Strange in Edmond, Oklahoma. This is where his love and passion for dentistry began. Getting know and building relationships with his patients is one of the things Dr. Hoffman enjoys most about dentistry.
After graduating from Oklahoma State he then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He and his wife, Lyndsey, moved to the Round Rock area in 2013 to be close to family. Dr. Hoffman has one daughter named Ella.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Hoffman enjoys spending time with his family, sports, and being outdoors.
Lindsey Rutter – Patient Care Coordinator
Welcome to Family Dental of Teravista! I was born in Oklahoma, raised in Texas. I’ll always be an okie at heart, however, I’m Texas proud! I’ve enjoyed the dental field for 15 years, it has been an incredible journey. I share a common fear with many patients, I have dental anxiety. For me, assisting our wonderful patients each day and developing relationships with them is a joy. Seeing a patient overcome their dental fear due to their experience with our team is truly rewarding. I was blessed to joined Dr. Hoffman and team in 2017. Our team truly strives to provide our patients with the best experience possible.
I’m a wife and mother of three beautiful daughters and two Aussie Shepherds. I love supporting my daughters in their sports and activities and spending time with family and friends. I graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas is 2007. Come see us, we hope to brighten your day and smile!
Jen Urich – Hygienist
Hi, I’m Jen, born and raised in Southern Illinois. I started in the dental field as an assistant in 2000 in Austin and quickly realized I had found my passion. I practiced as an assistant for a year and moved back to Southern Illinois for dental hygiene school. While in school I also worked for an oral surgeon. I graduated hygiene school in December of 2004 and time has flown by ever since! I’ve practiced in Illinois, St Louis, and finally got back to Texas. I love my job and I love what I do. I myself have dental anxiety and know how it is to be nervous for dental appointments. I love seeing the change in patients confidence and helping them achieve the smile they want. I love the bonding with my patients.
When I’m not working I am a wife, mother, and cowgirl. If we are not having family time you can catch us hauling to ropings and rodeos. I teach riding lessons and compete at extreme cowboy races and ranch rodeos.
I am extremely excited to be a part of Family Dental of Teravista, I am beyond blessed to work with a doctor that I 100% stand behind his philosophy and ethics. Our team is amazing! Hope to see you soon!
