These durable dental appliances are custom-made for each patient and designed to look and perform as closely to your normal teeth as possible.
Dr. Hoffman offers patients two different types of dentures: complete and partial. Complete dentures are intended for people with no teeth at all, while partials are designed for people with only a few teeth missing.
Whether you need complete dentures or just a partial, these dental appliances should last for many, many years, although they will probably need to be repaired and/or adjusted after a certain length of time.

The Procedure Involved for Dentures & Partials
Getting a new set of dentures or partials will require several trips to our Teravista dental office, and the entire process usually takes several weeks to complete. The first step involves having dental impressions made of your natural teeth. This impression will be used to create your custom dentures or partials. Then, Dr. Hoffman will begin the process of extracting teeth a few at a time. He will also provide you with a complete set of instructions on how best to heal from each round of extractions. After your teeth are removed and the gums are completely healed, you’ll be fitted with your new set of dentures or partials.
